Terms of Service

We kindly ask that you read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before embarking on any project with us. Please note that we may need to change these terms and conditions from time to time without specific notice. If you have any questions or do not fully understand any part of this document, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

1.Order Cancellation

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to the unique nature and handcrafted quality of many of our products, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted.

2.Returns and Reprints

Customized products and items sold during promotions are not eligible for refunds. If you choose to return any merchandise purchased on sale or customized, store credit will be issued.
If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or short, please notify us in writing within seven business days of delivery. To request a reprint, you must return the original order in full.

3.Proof Approval

While we make every effort to avoid errors, we are not responsible for any printing mistakes or inaccuracies in print details (such as print methods, colors, paper, size, or quantity) that have gone into production.

Proof approval is our agreement that ensures no changes or errors will occur when transferring your artwork to our pre-press systems, even if you provide print-ready artwork. No refunds or reprints will be offered for neglect in proofing once the final approved artwork has been printed. However, should errors be detected during the proofing stage, we will make the necessary corrections free of charge. If errors are discovered during the printing production, charges will be billed at an hourly rate, plus any additional printing costs if applicable.

4.Print Colors

PMS Colors – Although we do our utmost, there may be slight variations as PMS ink colors are hand-mixed.

Full Color – There may be differences between the colors displayed on the screen and the appearance of the final product due to variations in monitor calibration.

Reorders – Due to the nature of printing and batch-to-batch print systems, slight color variations may occur between different print runs.

5.Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please be aware that the stated delivery time frames are not commitments or guarantees of delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any unforeseen delays or problems, including cases of unreachability. Once your order is sent via postal service, it is out of our control, and therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may be due upon delivery. It is the customer’s or recipient’s responsibility to pay any import duties, customs fees, or other charges as they are not included in the checkout price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. We have no control over the timing or amount of these fees, which vary by country, city, and package. We cannot pay these fees in advance nor handle them ourselves.

7.Product Samples

By engaging our services, you permit us to display any and all work produced during the project in our portfolio. We understand and respect the confidentiality of projects, and will only display work after the product has been publicly released. If you do not wish for your project to be showcased on social media, please let us know.

8.Copyright

We reserve the right to maintain full ownership of design concepts and related materials. Ownership will transfer to you after the final design concept is delivered and full payment is received. Any unused concepts remain our property. Paid concepts may still be used in our promotional materials and design portfolio. Unless you request otherwise, we retain the right to display a small credit on the work we produce, claiming design credit, excluding corporate stationery.

9.Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failure to provide products or services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include but are not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, strikes, stoppages, governmental regulations, transportation delays, power outages, failures caused by third-party hosting service providers, equipment failures, theft, intentional sabotage, riots, civil disturbances, accidents, or acts of terrorism.
