SAMPLES

May I request some samples from you?

Absolutely! We can provide a sample, all you need to do is email us at hello@chnprints.com and tell us what kind of sample you would like. It’s as simple as that!

If you are an international customer, then you will need to cover the corresponding shipping costs for this!

Would it be possible to receive a printed sample of my project?

Based on the specific circumstances of your order, this be possible. Please remember that setting up a print sample is tantamount to completing the entire order.

Given the time needed to establish the design and the physical outlay for sample materials, we may not be able to exempt this cost from your printing job.

We are always committed to offering flexibility and cost-effectiveness for your orders, and welcome any questions about our print samples.

DESIGNING

Do you provide design services for my order?

1.Yes! We offer free basic layout and typesetting design services, such as for business cards! For more complex designs, we may charge a nominal design fee, which is based on the complexity of the design.

2.If you would like to create your own artwork, we recommend using CANVA for design. Once you have finished designing, you can share the link with us, or download the file in PDF format, which will perfectly meet the printing requirements!

3.If you are a professional designer, you can check our file preparation guide to understand the details of how to submit your final artwork.

ORDERING

Are all your prices displayed in US dollars?

All prices shown on chnprints.com are in US dollars (USD). Please be aware of the exchange rate when placing your order.

Regarding Payment and Taxation

I mainly accept payments via PayPal, which means if you want to pay by credit or debit card, you won’t even need an account with them to place an order with me. PayPal offers purchase protection and just like Stripe is 100% encrypted, meaning none of your payment details are ever seen by myself.All products are manufactured and shipped from China, and all quotes do not include any customs and import taxes. Therefore, any orders with international shipping may incur customs fees!Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply！

How to place an order?

You can order standard customization services through our online shop!

If your order exceeds the limits of the online shop, please fill out our quote form for your project. We will respond to you as soon as possible to inform you of the price!

After I submit my artwork, will you provide a proof for approval?

We will never proceed with production without your approval.After we receive your online order (including payment and artwork submission), we will send you a PDF proof for online review via email, typically within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation/Refund?

Due to the custom nature of the products sold by ChnPrintStudio, orders cannot be canceled or modified after the customer has approved them and they have gone into production.For orders that have been started but not yet processed, a partial refund may be possible, and will be determined based on the specific circumstances.

How long will my project take to finish?

Most projects take approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of payment and PDF proof approval. Some projects, depending on complexity or quantity, may take longer. Our production schedule can fill during peak seasons, so it is best to get your project started as early as possible to reserve your press time. Please feel free to let us know what your deadline is and we will try out best to meet it!

And do you offer rush order services?

If you need your order to be completed faster, we offer an expedited production service, but an additional rush fee is required. The exact timing depends on your production requirements, please send me an email to inquire!

What sorts of print services to you offer?

Surface Printing:

Can I have hot foil printing on both sides?

Can I have a mixture of letterpress and hot foil printing?

Yes we can print with both letterpress and hot foil on the same item. Combining letterpress and hot foil techniques can create a really special piece of print.

What’s the smallest size font you can print?

For best results keep font sizes to 7pt or above. Depending on the font we might be able to print smaller type.We have printed type 5pt and below but please consult with us if your type is smaller than 7pt.

Why are the ink colors different on some of the cards?

Letterpress is a manual process and ink is carried on composite rollers. Throughout the print run, the ink density on these rollers changes resulting in ink variations from piece to piece.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

as long as the amount exceeds 100 USD, ChnPrintStudio will provide standard postal shipping services for free, with delivery in 8-15 business days to most countries!If you want to receive your package faster, we can also deliver via FedEx, with delivery in 3-7 business days to most countries. The specific shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the product and the country you are in!

Do I get a notification when my order is shipped?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information from. If you have an account with us, you can also see your order status from your account.
