You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. However, we can’t offer refunds for rush orders once they’ve been sent to print.

If you ordered an item without customization, you could return it within 30 days.<\/div>\n

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.<\/div>\n

    • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not our fault<\/li>\n

      Digital items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n

      When we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

      If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.<\/p>\n

      If your refund is late or missing, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and check with your bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@chnprints.com
